For the tender about construction of the 380 / 154kV Transformer Substation which will be financed and constructed by SOCAR TUEKEY ENERJİ A.Ş. in order to provide the reliable electrical energy needs of Rafineri Plants belonging to SOCAR TURKEY ENERJİ A.Ş.and than shall be transferred to TEİAŞ:

• Single Line Diagram and
• General Layout Plan prepared and taken an approval from TEİAŞ
• Technical Specification package (incl. Guaranteed Characteristics Lists)
• Contract Draft that will be signed by Contractor
• Payment Plan that will control construction works and also guarantee work completion and all required documents for the tender had been prepared in English and Turkish and had been submitted to Socar Turkey A.Ş.
• All quetions came from the bidders were answered at prebid stage
• Participation to prebid meetings
• Technical evaluation were reported to Socar Turkey Enerji A.Ş.
• Whole documents which were submitted to Socar Turkey Enerji A.Ş. had been prepared in English and Turkish
